Purchase your Exhibit Booth for the CBA Convention here!
Please read the following details as some information has changed.
The dates for this year’s convention are July 16-17, held at Lakewood High School - 9700 W. 8th Ave, Lakewood, CO 80215.
Each booth space is $150 and includes one 6 foot table (if a bigger space is needed, please purchase two booth spaces). Each Exhibit Booth registration includes 2 lunches per day (if you need more please add additional exhibitor lunches to your cart using the dropdown).
Please purchase your registration by MONDAY, JUNE 22, 2026.
We are placing the exhibits in the cafeteria/food area, so during every break you should have visitors. Vendors may set up from 10am to Noon on Wednesday (no afternoon setups), or on Thursday morning as early as 6:30am. Tear-down should begin after the lunch session on Friday at the latest.
Additionally, if you'd like to purchase a session sponsorship alongside your exhibit booth, you can do so here.
This year CBA is continuing to offer sponsorships of our convention sessions. Before each presenter begins, Level 1, 2, and 3 sponsors will be recognized. You are encouraged to be present for acknowledgment. There will only be one sponsor per session, so this is a great opportunity to receive individual recognition for your services to CBA!
$100 - Level 1 Sponsors are for our In-State, non-University sponsors.
$250 - Level 2 Sponsors are for our University sessions.
$500 - Level 3 Headliner/Exhibitor Session Sponsors includes multiple top headliner sessions, among others.
If you request a specific person’s session, they will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
