NOTE!!! THIS IS NOT THE REGISTRATION FORM!!! In order to register for a 2027 Concert Band Festival, you must also fill out the Registration Form (starting October 1 at 6:00am).  You can pay anytime leading up to October 1, but your registration will not be completed until both criteria (registration form + payment) have been received.

REGISTRATION PROCESS for 2027 CBA HIGH SCHOOL FESTIVALS

The registration window for all 2027 Festivals will open Thursday October 1, 2026 at 6:00am.  Only dues-paid members will have access to register via the Members-Only Section.

The REGISTRATION PROCESS consists of TWO tasks:

1. Register beginning October 1st via the Google Form and select your site and time preference.  A Google Form link will be posted to the Members-Only Section of the CBA Website - to access and register your ensemble, you must have your dues paid for the year!

2. Complete your payment via the payment link in the Members-Only section of the CBA Website (purchasing this item).  You may pay when you register (via credit card) but you may also pay before October 1st if you wish - especially if paying via check or if your school is slow to process money requests.  Timely payments help you get your time request.  

Your registration is complete when you submit the Google form AND make payment!  Fees must be received by the executive secretary to complete your registration.

Many sites fill up on the first day of registration (and are filled as entries come in), some within hours;  register and pay right away! The Google timestamp and timely payment will be used for granting schedule requests.  

Once the schedules are distributed there are no refunds.

$390 per ensemble ($320 for Adams City and FFCHS sites) - Purchase your plaque separately!

Tuesday, March 2 at Grandview HS (Metro Regional)
